Keep your summer glow

Autumn is approaching and no sun equals no tan! For just 58 pence, you can keep your natural healthy glow as autumn approaches... Also, there's no specialist ingredients that you need to hunt down. If you don’t already have them in your kitchen cupboards, your local shop will provide everything you need.

Two carrots
One teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
Two tablespoons of honey
One teaspoon of olive oil (swap for water if you have oily skin)
1. Peel the carrots; boil until soft then mash them.
2. Leave them to cool down for about 20 minutes. (Top tip: boil them with half a teaspoon of olive oil to help the vitamin absorption process, for greater nutritional benefit and even healthier skin.)
3. Mix the lemon juice, honey and olive oil (or water) with the carrot. You want an even mixture!
4.Leave the mask to cool for 10-15 minutes. 5. Exfoliate your skin prior to applying the mask. Apply and leave the mask on for 15-30 minutes. Wash away the mask with lukewarm water and enjoy your natural glow.
